Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery times vary between 2 and 7 business days depending on your location.
• A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when your order's pre-tax amount reaches the free shipping threshold indicated on our site.
• We currently only ship within Canada. Any order placed for an address outside of Canada may be cancelled and refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

• You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags.
• Sale items are final sale.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective product.
• Size or color exchanges are possible, subject to availability. Contact us with your order number so we can provide instructions.
