6. Delivery and Returns

Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery times vary between 2 and 7 business days depending on your location.
• A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery may be offered free of charge during promotions or when the amount before taxes of your order reaches the free shipping threshold indicated on our site.
• We currently only deliver within Canada. Any order placed for an address outside Canada may be canceled and refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

• You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags.
• Sale items are final sale.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.
• Size or color exchanges are possible, subject to availability. Contact us with your order number so we can provide you with instructions.

  Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm the details of your refund by email. This will be issued using the payment method used at the time of purchase. LB Women’s Golf Club cannot be held responsible for:

• Delivery delays caused by the carrier
• Indirect losses
